The lobby has a wow factor with its impressive design, making a strong first impression. The room features hardwood floors instead of carpet, which is a nice change and felt clean, complemented by a comfortable bed with additional pillows.

The experience was marred by poor plumbing. a faucet shot out from the tub during my shower attempt, and the repair efforts were lackluster, leaving me feeling unsafe using it. The pool area appeared cramped for peak season, leading me to skip a refreshing swim.

The room was on the sixth floor with a partial view of the St Lawrence River. It felt spacious and had a comfortable setup. The room had thoughtful touches like power sockets near the bed and USB plugs for charging devices. Ambient lighting in the bathroom was handy for late-night trips. The children loved the pool with the slide, which added to the fun. I dined at the Italian restaurant and was unimpressed by the food quality. next time, I’ll choose differently. Parking was convenient, but the hotel didn't offer a meal plan, which affected overall value.
